Measuring our contribution to society as a government supplier

Our approach

Our company's mission ensures that the things we do are always focused on the positive transformation of people and their communities. But providing additional social value means going further still – beyond the direct impact of our service delivery.

Providing additional social value means going further still – beyond the direct impact of our service delivery.

We ask ourselves three questions to guide our approach: are we thinking local, are we working collaboratively and are we able to measure our impact?

By doing this we can deliver value that meets the needs of the communities we work in, build the capacity of local organisations and help people to prosper.

Our focus includes helping volunteering and community sector organisations to thrive, supporting the social mobility of young people and addressing health inequalities.

Our social value approach enables us to track and report on these priorities through a series of key metrics that demonstrate the wider benefit to society of the work that we do.
