We help people who face complex and multiple barriers to work, including health conditions, caring responsibilities, digital exclusion and long-term economic inactivity.

Our extensive community-based infrastructure enables hyper-local, face-to-face delivery that is embedded within the communities we serve. We work in close partnership with local VCSEs, employers and health and skills providers to ensure integrated person-centred support.

We use deliver models that centre around developing personalised plans of action for each jobseeker we support, based on comprehensive assessments of their skills, experiences, personal and financial circumstances and their readiness to change.

This process ensures our support prioritise circumstance-specific interventions, including key employability activities, like CV development and interview preparation, job-relevant skills training, specialist support with health conditions and disabilities in the workplace and access to vacancies with thousands of employers.
