Breaking the cycle of offending

We provide services that are helping to positively reintegrate people with offending backgrounds into society.

What we do

We work with UK government to aid successful community reintegration and reduce the potential for reoffending for prison leavers and those with offending backgrounds.

Through direct community-based intervention delivered through dedicated Hubs, as well as incorporating support for people with criminal convictions across our employability programmes, we work to address complex barriers faced by prison leavers and those with offending backgrounds, to aid positive reintegration into society.

We work closely with commissioners, employers and community partners to design and deliver innovative solutions that respond to the scale and complexity of the challenge. These include tailored employability pathways, skills development aligned with labour market needs and wraparound support that addresses wellbeing and social reintegration.

Our approach supports policy priorities around rehabilitation, reducing reoffending and creating safer, more inclusive communities. We help commissioners deliver measurable impact to support individuals to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to society.
